Origin control

Origin is stated exactly as it is: Russian-origin extracts are marked Russian origin. Mongolian origin is claimed only when documents and applicable processing criteria are met; transit or simple repackaging in Mongolia does not change origin. EAEU documents alone do not grant access to the Japanese or Korean market.

Specifications and testing

Per offer we request from the manufacturer: COA, composition, specification, origin confirmation, safety documents, testing requirements and export availability. Depending on product and market this may include heavy metals, microbiology, pesticides and, for mushroom raw material, radionuclides (Cs-134/Cs-137).

Batch traceability

Each shipment is linked to a manufacturer batch number and its analytical protocol.

Import documentation and COA requests

Classification (HS / TN VED), notifications, importer and manufacturer registration, phytosanitary and other permits are checked per product and per destination (Japan: MHLW; Korea: MFDS). To request a COA, use the request form and name the product and market.

Samples & quality procedure

1) Request with specification → 2) manufacturer confirms availability and documents → 3) sample and COA sent → 4) your lab review → 5) commercial offer. Sample terms are stated per case.
