Controller

The controller is the Kolesol project operator named on the Legal Notice page. Contact: info@kolesol.com.

Data we process

Only what you enter in the request form: company, contact person, country, email, product, volume, specification, message and an optional attached file, plus technical data (IP address, user agent, time) used for spam protection and security.

Purpose and basis

To answer your request and conduct pre-contract negotiations (legitimate interest / your consent). We do not send marketing mailings without a separate basis and do not sell data.

Storage and access

Requests are delivered to our corporate mailbox and stored in a restricted log on the server. Data is kept as long as needed for the business relationship, then deleted on request unless law requires otherwise.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion and withdraw consent by writing to info@kolesol.com. The website sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics.
